Artwork Supply

• Press ready PDF - with fonts embedded
• Quark Express – supply fonts and images
• Illustrator – fonts converted to outlines
• Freehand – fonts converted to paths
• Photoshop – layers flattened, at least 300 dpi, JPEG or Tiff
• Corel Draw fonts converted to Curves then export as Illustrator AI
• Indesign - fonts converted to outlines

PRINT READY FILES:
Artwork should be sent as CMYK, files sent as RGB will be converted to CMYK which may alter the colour composition significantly.
Make sure there is 3mm bleed all round the final artwork for example save the PDF with 6mm added to each measurement (for A4: 210mm x 297mm, save as 216mm x 303mm). Crop marks may be included.
Please ensure all fonts used are embedded or outlined as applicable.
Images should be of 300dpi or higher to ensure quality of the final product.

Artwork should be in print-ready format, however we are able to convert files at a charge of £25.

Files may be compressed using Stuffit or similar to .sit or zip files before sending.
If files are larger than 10mb* please place them on a CD and send by post to Lanes (South East) Limited, 16 Patricia Way, Pysons Ind. Estate, Broadstairs, Kent, CT10 2LF.
Alternatively, you can use an upload website, such as www.yousendit.com, then send us the link to your files.
